How to break the vacuum? Fill with nitrogen? Personally, I think this phenomenon might be similar to the water hammer effect in steam lines

It is likely that the support is insufficient; as the temperature of the oil transfer line rises from room temperature to 380 degrees, it will \"grow\" along with the tower.
