Aspen7.2 gives incorrect results when running files generated by others

I added a 1 to each value of the incoming traffic, and it worked correctly; when I changed it back, it still worked fine. Has anyone encountered this phenomenon?
It happened before; maybe there was an issue with his settings. After making adjustments step by step, it became functional, but when he restarted it on his computer after reinitializing, it still didn’t work. Even when I sent it to you for retrying, it failed as well； You can give it a try by sending him the revised file to see if it gets approved.
This situation is usually caused by cycling; by specifying a reasonable initial value, there will be no issue with convergence after a reset.
