Do moderators need to be given points for suggesting improvements in the forum management section or for reporting issues related to forum operation?

Posts from the moderators mainly concern issues related to the operation of various sections as well as requests for help from moderators. Currently, moderators do not award points for their posts, though exceptions may occur; let’s discuss this here
Points should be given, so as to encourage everyone to report issues promptly upon discovering them during operation, and to foster a culture of timely feedback.
Give me some points; Sister Qi often gives them to me quite frequently. Or, I only remember her. ;P @zhangqi1234
I think whether to give a score or not is secondary. It is important to have timely responses, guidance, and discussions from forum administrators, inspection teams, and regional leaders.
I will give points to any constructive topics as well as to those themes or replies that contribute to the development of the forum, and the score will be no lower than that for normal interactions.

There needs to be some form of communication, feedback, and suggestions in order to foster more active development. Wish for Da Hai Chuan to keep improving, and thank all the management staff for their hard work. After I posted it, I found that the side I chose was actually the positive one. . . .
