The design work started before the specifications were released, and no blueprints were produced once the design was completed. Now that blueprints need to be created, new specifications have come out in the meantime – should they be followed, or should we go back to the original design? Where are the nodes that align with the timing for design and the implementation of new standards? It would be good to have a basis for this
Haha, I’ll reply to you. There is no clear legal basis. If you have already obtained a planning permit and are carrying out the necessary work, perhaps the fire department and safety authorities will approve it. If you don’t have any paperwork, then it will likely have to be started over.
There is no basis for this, but since no drawings have been produced, the new standards still need to be followed. Generally, after new standards are issued, their implementation is delayed by about half a year, as a transition period is already provided. In fact, most updates to domestic standards don’t involve significant changes; in those few cases where there are modifications, a comparison with the design documents shows that there are not many conflicts, so the amount of work required is minimal. I did it to avoid trouble in the future; it’s not worth the effort.
