Recommendations and principles for desulfurization and denitration methods

Our company wants to install desulfurization and denitrification facilities; due to space constraints, we are considering using integrated desulfurization and denitrification equipment. Could you please recommend a solution that offers reasonable investment costs as well as low operating expenses? There is another issue: coal-fired boilers produce nitrogen monoxide when burning coal. At normal temperature and pressure, nitrogen monoxide readily reacts with oxygen to form nitrogen dioxide. Since the environment around the coal combustion process is oxygen-rich, why is nitrogen monoxide still emitted?
Although oxygen enrichment refers to an overall increase in oxygen content, it is still possible that the mixture within the boiler is not adequate during combustion, leading to incomplete oxidation
Chemical reactions are in dynamic equilibrium; whether oxygen is abundant or not, there are two nitrogen-containing compounds present. It is recommended to use activated carbon catalytic oxidation for desulfurization and denitrification, via a low-temperature dry process, with an efficiency of over 96%
