During the startup of this lithium bromide unit, the temperature of the melting tube remained high, while the liquid level in the sight glass was normal； The evaporation temperature doesn’t drop; the condensation temperature is normal, and the cooling effect is not very good. I would like to ask fellow sailors: what is causing the temperature of the melting crystal tube and the evaporation temperature not to drop? ? ? ? ? Thanks
Reduce the steam valve opening, or even close it, and make sure to adjust the condensation temperature to stay within the normal range. After operating for a while, the temperature of the crystal dissolution tube will generally drop; thereafter, gradually increase the opening of the steam or hot water valves to restore normal operation.
Check whether there is any unevenness in the temperature of the dilute solution pipeline at the lower part of the fused crystal tube; the temperature in the thin tubes should be consistent, otherwise blockage is suspected.
