Changmin multi-channel ultrasonic flow meter

Our unit has newly installed a Changmin multi-channel ultrasonic flow meter, which I have never seen before. I am seeking technical guidance from experienced professionals, as I don’t even have the user manual, and I can’t even remember the model number. It’s from Changmin, but it doesn’t seem to be the UR-1000 model that is available online. I wonder if anyone here has already worked with this device; I need guidance regarding its operation, the user manual, and the wiring instructions. (This time it seems a bit vague; please bear with me.)
The model is Changmin UR-EX1000

Well, I finally called the manufacturer and it was resolved
Is there a manual? Could you send me one? I’ve also encountered problems with this flow meter recently. Thank you, xuxing@izpje.com
