I checked, and 45KW is sufficient. Do anyone have any suggestions?

The pressure is very low, so a regular fan is sufficient to meet the requirements

1.5 kilograms is equivalent to 150 kPa, so an increase in pressure of this much is quite significant. I think the 400kw figure mentioned on floor 8 seems more plausible. I have a sample of a Roots blower on hand; after checking, it turns out that for high-pressure Roots blowers, the motor capacity required for the application in question is indeed 400kw.
