In the alkali + PDS process for wet flue gas desulfurization, the solution used in our plant causes severe corrosion of the equipment and pipelines; there are already leaks on the tower walls. Epoxy coating was applied three times in that case. I would like everyone to share how they carry out internal anti-corrosion treatment on their equipment
I currently have a project where the inner wall of the desulfurization tower is severely corroded, with leaks occurring; I plan to carry out repairs to seal these leaks
It’s better to use rubber lining; the painting techniques available these days are not very good
