Let’s discuss everyone’s views on installing camera lenses in control rooms.
It’s not installed in the toilet or the changing room; everything else seems normal, I guess :L
Installing cameras in the control room shows a lack of trust, after all; it’s not a sensitive place like a bank, securities center, airport, or nuclear power plant. Besides, there are trends and historical records; it’s easy to tell whether anyone was lazy or made mistakes.
I’m afraid the operators might doze off or play with their phones; anyway, our control room is equipped with such systems.
Cameras were originally meant for monitoring objects, but now they’re used to monitor people; there are cameras everywhere in this remote area
It’s normal, right? And it also prevents theft

If you get distracted while using your phone while sleeping, sorry – your salary will be deducted!
Monitoring is meant to serve people. Under supervision, behaving well might even earn you a raise or a promotion.
