Of course, the temperature at which the highly absorbent oil returns to the tower has an impact on the operation of the entire distillation system; the lower the temperature, the greater the impact. Of course, it can’t be too high either; it’s not acceptable if it’s too much higher than the temperature of the return stream from the fractionation tower. Of course, this situation generally doesn’t occur. It is best to keep the temperature of the distillation column return stream as close as possible to that of the other streams; generally, a difference of 20–30°C is sufficient. A too large difference can affect the efficiency of distillation.
I’m not sure whether your rich absorption oil is light diesel. Generally, when returning rich absorption oil to a catalytic fractionation tower, the following points should be taken into account: first, the temperature must remain stable; second, the amount of oil returned to the tower should also be stable; third, when feeding the absorption oil in, the flow rate of the intermediate stream should be reduced appropriately to maintain thermal balance within the tower.
