You don’t need to care about what others do; a person’s character can’t be determined by such tricks. Over time, unless one is stupid, everyone will be able to see it
Others have something to rely on when they do this, but all you can rely on is your own skills and abilities. Instead of spending time complaining about others, it’s better to work on improving yourself
You yourself said it’s just a little background information – why don’t you have any?
To put it bluntly, what’s it to you? It’s the mindset of a newcomer; the more you see, the more calm you become. That’s just how society works.
Thank you all, it was truly enlightening! I was the one who made a mistake; I was upset for several days, but now I understand that it’s not realistic to compare how much money one earns based on the amount of work done. No matter what happens to her, the manager will always take care of her; she can act arbitrarily, but I can’t. My salary is directly tied to my abilities – it won’t decrease just because she gets more, nor will it increase just because she gets less. All I need to do is manage myself and improve my skills. Comparing myself to others is meaningless. Thank you!

When you encounter things at work that are hard to understand, you should try to put yourself in others’ shoes more often. In an environment like a company, what would you do if you were in their position? If you were the leader, what would you do? You need to learn to adapt first; only when you have the ability to change things later on should you consider whether it’s truly worth doing. Go ahead!
