It is necessary to use old fuel while storing new fuel, as biomass fuel loses significant weight and calorific value over time; proper mixing should be carried out to ensure uniformity, thereby maximizing the compatibility between the fuel properties and the boiler’s load and efficiency.
Our 75T/H circulating fluidized bed boiler: 1. Co-firing, with fuel consisting of lignite and the company’s organic waste liquids. 2. Basis: Organic waste liquids can be burned, and in small quantities they do not have a significant impact on the combustion process in boilers. 3. Precautions: Organic waste liquids contain a high amount of organic substances; it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the amount of limestone added, as well as the volumes and ratios of the secondary and tertiary air flows, otherwise sulfur dioxide emissions in the flue gas may exceed the allowed levels.

The two 220-ton boilers in our facility use coal mixed with solid waste generated by steel manufacturing enterprises; the combustion process of these boilers, along with the processes of coal feeding, slag removal, and ash discharge, is used to regulate the heat value of the coal, which is generally kept between 2700 and 3000 kcal per unit.
