According to the design of the analysis cabin, where should the materials after analysis be discharged? The gaseous materials in our on-site analysis booth are released directly at the site. For a while, a low-pressure flare system was used, but the instrumentation staff said that this affected the analysis results; so it was switched back to direct release at the site, which resulted in a strong odor from the materials there ; Please ask someone who knows about it to help explain this issue!
They are all torch arrays; torch arrays don’t affect the analysis results!

What is the pressure inside the raw material tank? Does the back pressure have no impact on the injection and analysis results in the analysis cabin?
As it is a pipeline added later and is located far from the low-pressure flare main, it will generate a certain amount of backpressure; The material outlet is connected to the low-pressure flare network; what value of back pressure will affect the analysis process?

The back pressure of the raw material tank is 0.8 MPa; the pressure at the online instrument in front is around 1.3 MPa, I think. We are manufacturers of chromatographs and moisture meters
When we conduct online analysis and design here, it’s a cyclic process – basically, things come from there and go back there. If it is gas phase analysis, they are all connected to a low-pressure gas system!
Ours is on-site high-point discharge. The pressure in the torch pipeline network fluctuates frequently, with high backpressure.
It’s basically the same as the torch pipeline network situation in our unit!
What is being arranged as the key? What online analyzer? The vent for our sulfur flue gas analyzer is also connected to the ground. Flue gas is released into the atmosphere anyway; vent gas and water-washed condensate, when discharged into the atmosphere or onto the ground, pose no problems.
