Basically, once the concentration drops below 95%, it can no longer be used; it must be sent to a pyrolysis furnace with a temperature of 1020 degrees, and then through subsequent processes, sulfuric acid with a concentration of 98% is produced again. The cracking reaction should be endothermic and require fuel gas. The idea at the time was that, under normal circumstances, sulfuric acid would not be purchased externally; instead, a small amount of acidic gas would be added during combustion to achieve self-balancing of the sulfuric acid usage.

Alkylated waste acid can easily cause blockages in the acid spray guns of incinerators over time, lead to inaccurate readings from acid flow meters, and result in severe coking of the furnace tubes.
Here we usually stop operation every two months because the tubes in the waste heat boiler get clogged. How is it with you guys?
It’s much better here than where you are; it only needs to be turned off once every two months, so there’s basically no need to turn it on at all. The loss is very high
Is there severe scaling on your furnace tubes? What actions can be taken to extend the number of shutdowns?
