During the heating-up phase at startup, before the conversion furnace is prepared for heating and gas supply for reduction, if the compressor suddenly stops operating, how should this be handled? ? At that time, after investigating the cause, we restarted the compressor after about six minutes to see if it would have any impact on the converter! There was no pressure release or reduction in furnace temperature either!
Answering the second question: regarding the operation of the converter, as long as the temperature does not exceed the limit, it will have no impact on the catalyst; and as long as the pressure does not exceed the specified level, there will be no problems with the equipment. The safety valve will not activate.
