It’s been 4 years since I graduated, and next year will be my fifth year at work. Under normal circumstances, it’s time for me to obtain an engineer title, but my situation is a bit special: I worked in my hometown for the first 3 years, and moved to Shanghai last year. I’m not sure whether I should apply for the title in Shanghai or back in my hometown. Also, I want to know what procedures are required to obtain an intermediate engineer title.
