What is the principle of a flash tank, and how should its control points be established?

The raw material is a saturated solution at high pressure; sometimes heating is required to reach the bubble point, followed by depressurized flashing. It should not vaporize or desorb before entering the flash tank or before pressure reduction.
The process of gas dissolving or being absorbed in a liquid is one of dynamic equilibrium; when this equilibrium is disrupted, the direction of gas flow changes. Flash evaporation operates on this principle: when a solution containing dissolved gases (such as carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulfide) – such as methanol or NHD – enters a flash evaporation tank, the pressure drops sharply, causing the dissolved gases to be released and the solvent to be regenerated. In this case, pressure is the key factor that controls the process
The principle used is sudden pressure reduction, which brings the operating pressure down rapidly below the saturation vapor pressure, thereby accelerating vaporization.

Vaporization occurs when saturated water under high pressure is introduced into a container at lower pressure; the sudden drop in pressure causes this saturated water to transform into both saturated steam and saturated water at the pressure of the container. The boiling point of a substance increases as pressure rises; then, does a lower pressure result in a lower boiling point? Well, that way, the high-pressure and high-temperature fluid can be depressurized, thereby reducing its boiling point, and then it can enter the flash tank. At this point, the fluid temperature is higher than the boiling point at that pressure. The fluid rapidly boils and vaporizes in the flash tank, resulting in two-phase separation. The device that causes the fluid to vaporize is not a flash tank, but a pressure relief valve. The function of a flash tank is to provide a space for rapid vaporization of the fluid and vapor-liquid separation.
Therefore, it is necessary to control the pressure inside the flash tank. How to do that?
