Which is better, traditional fireproofing layers or modern thin fireproofing layers?
It’s all up to the professionals; in our factory, there is only one company that has the qualifications to carry out fireproofing work. It has been the same company for many years, and it’s likely the one designated by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Both traditional fireproofing layers and modern thin fireproofing layers can meet the requirements
Personally, I think the traditional ones are more reliable; they can be used for ten or eight years without any problems, provided that the construction quality is good.
