Disassembly of the QBY type diaphragm pump: \"There is a diaphragm pump here; after connecting its air inlet to the air duct, the pump shows no reaction at all. The gas flows out through the oil filling hole – it neither draws in air nor expels gas.\" ”During the disassembly process, no damaged components were found; it was suspected that the copper sleeve in the middle was worn out. However, it was not possible to remove the copper sleeve during disassembly – it was unclear how to take it off. Was the copper sleeve meant to be knocked off, or did it have screws that could be unscrewed? I hope experts can give me some guidance. (One more thing: regarding the reasons for the problems with the pumps mentioned above, could the experts also analyze what caused them?)
The middle copper sleeve can be pulled out by hitting it from one side to the other; it seems that yours is stuck. The outer ring of the copper sleeve uses an O-ring to seal compressed air. It would be easier to judge if it could be shown in a picture
I agree with what was said above; it’s likely that a small object has gotten stuck inside the copper sleeve in the middle. Just tap it out gently and clean it.
Both ends of the copper sleeve have grooves that resemble keys; I think it was meant to be secured with screws. It’s impossible to drive those screws in, and I’m worried that if I try to force them in, the copper sleeve might get damaged, which would make things difficult. I don’t have any pictures right now: L
When I have time to take a photo, you can take a look
Why don’t you ask the manufacturer?
