Yes, the vortex flow meters produced by Hefei Comajet can achieve a measurement lower limit of 2 m/s. The VFM60mv vortex flow meter from Comajet utilizes a unique patented VSAP signal analysis technology; it is equipped with two vortex probes – one designed to detect vibration signals, and the other to detect both vibration and flow signals. By analyzing the effective signals and vibration signals collected by these two probes, it is possible to effectively separate external vibration interference signals from the frequency signals generated by the fluid itself, thereby allowing for the calculation of the actual flow rate. By removing the vibration signals, it is possible to increase the signal amplification factor, expand the measurement range, and enhance the sensitivity at the lower limit, thereby reducing it. :lol
It’s completely possible; a lower flow rate allows for the use of reduced-diameter tubes. Our company mainly uses vortex flow meters for compressed air, and most of these flow meters come with reduced-diameter tubes, and the performance is quite good.
Won’t the pressure loss be affected if there is a reduction in diameter? I found out yesterday; it seems that as long as the minimum requirement is met, it can be used. I’m not sure if there are any better options

For measuring compressed air, it is best to use an integrated temperature and pressure vortex flow meter; this eliminates the need to drill holes in the pipes and install separate temperature and pressure transmitters, as such meters integrate the temperature and pressure sensors into the flow meter itself, thereby reducing installation costs.
