After weld heat treatment of a Q345R sheet with a thickness of 28, a tensile test was conducted; the fracture occurred at the weld site. Is it considered acceptable? I hope some expert can help answer this, thank you!

Are you conducting tensile destructive tests or normal tensile tests? In the case of normal tensile tests, the result is considered unacceptable; whereas in tensile destructive tests, if the stress exceeds the calculated tensile strength and fracture occurs at the weld site, then the result is acceptable.
I think what was said on the 3rd floor makes sense. There are specific criteria for meeting the requirements; as long as those criteria are satisfied, it’s fine. It’s not surprising that the plasticity of the weld is not as good as that of the base material and it breaks first. I think I heard somewhere that the impact strength should be at least as high as that of the base material, but I can’t remember exactly; it’s probably a different matter anyway
It is for welding procedure qualification; the specimens subjected to tensile testing are the qualification test plates.
What is the value? I suspect you used too high a strength for your welding rod.........
What are the standards? Which regulation specifies that fractures are not allowed at the welds?
The standard does not specify that a fracture on the weld makes it defective. The fracture location of the tensile specimen depends on which has greater strength, the weld or the base material; if the weld has greater strength, the fracture will occur in the base material or the heat-affected zone. But as long as the tensile strength of the specimen meets the standard requirements, it doesn’t matter where the fracture occurs. Of course, if there is a hardness limit, the actual measured tensile strength value also needs to be taken into consideration.
