Which one has better quality, Zhejiang Lino or Shanghai Shengji Valves? Does anyone have any advice?
Lino has heard of it; it’s not far from our company. I’ve never heard of the one in Shanghai
The cut-off valves from Zhejiang Lino work, but the control valves (linear stroke) do not. Shanghai Shenji mainly produces linear stroke diaphragm control valves. There was a project in the past that recommended their products, and they turned out to be quite good (they’re from Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Factory No. 7). Lino’s on-off valves are quite good and rank among the top five in China, but I would not recommend using its control valves. Shengji Instruments’
Shenji makes everything; it also produces Shenji level gauges. It’s a middleman, I guess.
I have used Valvo’s butterfly valves, and in situations where the operating conditions were decent, no problems arose. I have also used knife gate valves, and those work just fine as well. I’ve never heard of that other brand.
