Speed fluctuation

Our company’s turbines use Atotech speed probes. When the units are started and pass through the critical point, the speed experiences significant fluctuations, and the values of these fluctuations vary among the 5 probes. However, the speed readings remain normal before and after passing the critical point. The probes were removed for inspection and no issues were found. Does anyone know what could be the cause?

The vibration of a turbine is at its highest when it exceeds the critical speed; if there are fluctuations in speed at this time, I believe it is caused by excessive vibration.

But the vibration values on the vibration monitor do not change much
