LJ, Lap Joint, overlapping flange. 150 – it should be Class 150, which counts as low pressure; it’s likely an RF convex flange, or possibly an FF flat flange – I couldn’t see any indication of this anywhere.
Lap Joint – is it more commonly referred to as a loose-flange joint? Indeed, no description of the flange sealing surface is available
