Is the characteristics of my anaerobic sludge normal? How should it be adjusted?

The volume of each anaerobic tank is 12 (length) X 10 (width) X 7.5 (height), with a water inflow rate of 150 m3/H. The sample shown in the image was taken from the sludge sampling port at the upper part of the UASB after 2 hours of water inflow. I would like to know whether the amount and properties of the sludge in each anaerobic tank are normal How should it be handled?
