What equipment can be used for heat exchange to reduce the temperature of materials to dozens or even hundreds of degrees below zero Celsius? PS: The material flow rate is very high
You have high requirements for these materials; the cooling medium should be something like chilled brine!
I’m not sure what kind of material you use – and what is the maximum flow rate possible?
For such operational requirements, the medium may require pressurized liquid ammonia; on the SHELL side, KETTLE TYPE heat exchangers are used, but it might still be a bit challenging to reduce the temperature to minus 100 degrees
