What to do if heat transfer oil gets mixed into the solvent?

Has anyone encountered the situation where heat transfer oil gets mixed with solvents? What are the symptoms in such cases? How to handle it? The heat transfer oil is LQB300, and the solvent is sulfolane.

It’s the benzene hydrogenation unit, right? . . .
In our facility, the heat transfer oil used in the hydrogenation unit leaked (due to a leak in the heat transfer oil exchanger at the bottom of the tower) into the oil at the bottom of the tower. As a result, the level of this oil remained high, and the temperature at the bottom of the tower increased. This oil was then sent directly to the heavy oil storage tanks in the tank area. Thanks to early detection, the amount of mixed oil was small, so it was sent out along with the oil at the bottom of the tower.
It’s an aromatic extraction unit. . . . .
