Our factory wishes to install an online detector for measuring the hydrogen sulfide content in coke oven gas. I would like to ask experts which type of instrument offers the best cost-performance ratio. It seems that there are many devices available for detecting hydrogen sulfide in air in China, but fewer ones specifically designed for detecting hydrogen sulfide in gas.
The composition of coke oven gas is relatively complex, and it may contain water, dust, tar, etc. Detecting the hydrogen sulfide present in it is not difficult; the challenge lies in developing an effective sample preprocessing system. It is recommended that the poster seek an experienced manufacturer of complete online analyzers to develop the pretreatment system, and not rely on products that win bids at low prices assuming they will be of good quality.
Could an expert recommend a reputable manufacturer that offers experienced online analyzers? There is relatively little accumulation in this area. :victory:
I cannot give a direct recommendation, as I am not aware of any information regarding your company or the project; it would be inappropriate to do so without proper knowledge.
Consider the relatively stable ABB and Siemens!
This device is used in coke oven gas purification stations. The function of the coke oven gas purification plant is to reduce the hydrogen sulfide content in coke oven gas from around 200 mg/m3 to 20 mg/m3, that is, to carry out advanced desulfurization. The detector is used to monitor online whether the hydrogen sulfide content in the coke oven gas entering the gas purification plant exceeds 200 mg/m3; if it does, the coke oven gas is directed through a bypass route. :victory::victory:

There is a significant relationship between moisture content and temperature in coke oven gas; when the temperature ranges from 20 to 40 degrees, the saturated water content is between 2.3% and 7.2%. The pressure also varies frequently, ranging from 3.0 kPa to 10.0 kPa. Trouble. . . . My QQ is 547868963
