This year’s **Work Report** sets clear goals for streamlining administration and delegating powers: additional administrative approval procedures are to be abolished and delegated in 2015. Therefore, the cancellation of 62 professional qualifications this time is an important manifestation of implementing the **key tasks for 2015. With graduation season here, many college graduates encounter obstacles in finding jobs due to the lack of professional certifications. By streamlining regulations and delegating powers, we must prevent arbitrary professional qualifications from creating obstacles to employment. Over the past year or so, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has abolished 149 professional qualifications in three batches. On July 16, another 62 professional qualifications were revoked, including those for online advertising agents, certified e-commerce specialists, national foreign trade specialists, and port loading/unloading workers – information that those planning to obtain such certifications should be aware of. Eliminating unnecessary qualifications will facilitate talent development, reduce obstacles, and enable people to move forward with determination.
