Recently, reporters learned from the Environmental Protection Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region that the project of Hulunbuir Jinxin Chemical Co., Ltd., which has an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800,000 tons of urea, has passed the environmental impact assessment conducted by the said department. The project is located in the industrial park of Chenbarhu Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia. It uses lignite from the Baorixile coal field in Hulunbuir City as raw material, and employs clean coal gasification technology to produce crude gas. This crude gas is then purified to yield synthetic ammonia, which is used together with carbon dioxide removed through gas purification to produce urea. The total investment for the project is 4,515 million yuan, of which 407.555 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 9.02% of the total investment. Once the project is fully operational, it will be able to process approximately 2 million tons of lignite per year. The main production processes for this project are: BGL gasification, low-temperature shift, low-temperature methanol washing for desulfurization and decarburization, liquid nitrogen washing, and carbon dioxide stripping in the urea production process. Among them, the BGL gasification process, also known as the BGL coal crushing pressurized gasification process, is a new type of clean coal gasification technology developed by British Gas based on the Lurgi fixed-bed pressurized gasification technology. This technology replaces the traditional solid ash discharge with liquid slag discharge. Its advantages include a high gasification temperature, a high coal conversion rate, significant improvements in thermal efficiency and the production capacity per furnace. It also features low oxygen consumption, reduced gas costs, and no need for expensive heat recovery equipment. In addition, the gasification furnace can be started and stopped quickly; no fly ash is generated during the gasification process, steam consumption and wastewater discharge are significantly reduced, and the ash is suitable for use in producing building materials.
Following the principle of no increase in total volume, two more old 300,000-ton gas head plants are now at risk
Is this factory hiring right now? /? ?
Ningxia Myth Ningmei is hiring – it’s a central state-owned enterprise! ! The environment here is better than that in Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
What is the operation cycle of the Hulunbuir Jinxin 5080 urea project? Whose is the ammonia technology?
