The analytical column reboiler does not exchange heat

This device has a distillation tower; the heat source is 1.0 steam, while the working medium consists of 90% NMP along with butane and butylene. The reboiler does not involve heat exchange, so the temperature of the working medium does not rise. There is no issue with the steam flow path; I seek help from experts
It might be that the heating effect of your heat transfer medium is poor; use heat transfer oil instead.
There is a high possibility of blockage; remove it for inspection
Check, the back pressure on the steam side is high~ The drain valve is blocked, so steam can’t flow? Or the heat exchange surface is scaled, which affects heat transfer~
