When a project starts and a safety assessment is required, which **department is in charge** of this? ? ?
I didn’t understand what you meant. Safety reports should be reviewed by the safety supervision agency. However, in accordance with regulations, some industries no longer require report approval; registration is sufficient.
It should be the Safety Supervision Bureau that organizes experts to review the safety assessment report.
