Selection of refrigeration units for 600,000 tons of coking capacity

As stated in the title, please fellow sailors provide suggestions for selection. Thank you.
Personally, I think waste heat cooling could be considered.
You provide the requirements and find a refrigeration machine manufacturer, who can then give you detailed selection parameters
600,000 tons? Just built? Do we still need to replace the refrigeration unit?
The cooling capacity of the 4070 model is more than sufficient (there’s even a surplus)
