I don’t know how to put it, so I’ll just share my feelings. Education level does not hinder an individual’s development; at least it is not a decisive factor. Moreover, it’s also a good thing to stay calm and take time to reflect. These past couple of days, I’ve also been consulting with some senior colleagues about the ways of conducting oneself in life, and I feel that the most important quality for a man is the ability to be flexible and adaptable. Life and work cannot always be smooth; one should not lose their head when successful, nor avoid facing setbacks when defeated. It might also be very important; my mentor told me that no matter what circumstances or difficulties arise, one must face them and endure them, as only by truly experiencing such things can one accumulate more knowledge and wisdom. My master told me to calm down and reflect on myself; as long as I remain pure despite the surrounding corruption and keep my sincerity, it is possible to use my own efforts to gradually improve the atmosphere within the company. Now, no matter what happens, I handle things calmly. Just as in the event of an accident, as long as it remains under control and I’m not harmed by an explosion, my heart rate will by no means speed up. The same is true at work; I remain calm while doing the minor outdoor tasks, just as I am now. Of course, there are times when things don’t go as planned. Deception is everywhere; almost every company is involved in it. But there’s nothing I can do about it – as long as the boss trusts me and doesn’t fire me, I’ll endure it and work hard for him. After all, I feel that I’m still a pure place; what if I were to purify the company as well? Haha....... In my spare time, these are just some humble opinions of mine; please forgive me if they’re not good enough.

I read it word by word, and I admire the author’s ability to let go of things; the fact that they were able to start over from scratch after reaching a certain level of success is truly remarkable.
