For the secondary purified water treatment equipment, under normal operation the temperature is between 19 and 20°C; the conductivity is around 10 for the primary stage and about 1 for the secondary stage. However, after being left overnight, the temperature rises to 22°C, with a conductivity of 19 for the primary stage and around 3 for the secondary stage. What causes this phenomenon? Is it due to temperature, since it hasn’t exceeded 25°C? Or could it be that the carbon dioxide concentration increases after being left overnight?
The resistance of water decreases over time; to avoid this issue, filling the water tank with nitrogen for sealing will result in a much slower rate of decrease.

This temperature is fine; it’s best when it reaches over 20 degrees
If you need a higher recovery rate, you can adjust the temperature; it has a slight effect on the membrane, but not a significant one
But now the minimum temperature of the raw water entering the system is 22°C, which results in a relatively high conductivity. What can I do to adjust this? My own feeling is that 22°C shouldn’t be considered high; the conductivity should be within acceptable limits. But reality is different
Conductivity is also related to the desalination rate; it depends on the quality of the water as well. Just because the temperature and recovery rate are appropriate does not mean that the conductivity of the produced water will be suitable – the quality of the water and the condition of the membrane play a role too
