It is advisable to conduct pulsation analysis, as it is very important for the operation of the unit. This includes assessing the stress on the pipelines inside the unit, as well as the pulsation frequency and amplitude. Only with data available can it be determined whether the pipeline stress is within acceptable limits and whether the positions of the supports are appropriate, thereby minimizing the risk of resonance in the unit. This is extremely useful for ensuring safe equipment operation; we have encountered problems with excessive vibration on site, which renders the operation of the equipment unsafe.
There’s a whole thick book on pulsation analysis – often, by the time the pipeline design is completed in the design institute, the manufacturer has not yet dealt with the issue of pulsations. P. In my opinion, pulse analysis is more about form than substance.

I pretty much agree with your view. It’s hard to say just how much impact it has; it’s more of a psychological comfort. In reality, one still needs to rely on experience and performance, as well as to arrange the value-added pipe racks appropriately in actual use – that’s my personal opinion.
