DN150, DN200; the medium is glucose (prone to crystallization). At a temperature of 100 degrees, what sealing material should I use for a hard-sealed butterfly valve? ? Will cemented carbide do?
Your glucose ring definitely uses sanitary-grade stainless steel valves; for stainless steel butterfly valves, the body’s sealing mechanism is sufficient. Given that it operates in conditions prone to crystallization, a jacketed butterfly valve should be used
Fluorinated lining is also an option; we use fluorinated lining for Taikoo
D71F46? Have there been any cases of the valve seat being torn when used at Taikoo? Is it just the regular F46? Or something imported?
The plate shaft is integrated with PFA lining, the seat is made of PTFE; Tai Guo has never had any problems with it. The F46 type... it’s better not to call it a fluorine-lined valve; it’s from Wenzhou.
For raw materials, there are those from DuPont and Daikin; it seems there’s also a product from 3M. If the customer doesn’t specify any preference, we use whichever is available
Use stainless steel for the valve body, and stainless steel as well for the internal components; add a jacket outside the valve body.
