I need help – what are the hazards of either too high or too low liquid levels in the inner container of the Haiyou Tower tank, and what adverse effects does this have on operations? Thank you
It doesn’t matter if it’s too high or too low; what’s important is stability – it shouldn’t keep rising or keeping falling. As long as the tower is stable, the liquid level has little impact. However, the liquid level in the tower bottom generally requires a certain residence time, and maintaining a higher liquid level is safer.
