The operating conditions require measuring the flow rate of molten salt at a temperature of over 700 degrees. Ultrasonic flowmeters are said to be usable for this purpose, but their accuracy is only 2%. I was wondering if anyone else knows of any flowmeters that would be suitable for this application and offer higher accuracy
Check if an electromagnetic flowmeter is feasible?
Absolutely not; the operating temperature for electromagnets is at most 80 degrees, while I need to measure up to 700 degrees

A high-temperature target flow meter is preferable; others are not recommended.
Over 700 degrees – target flowmeters don’t seem capable of handling such high temperatures; 500 degrees is already quite impressive for them. Orifice plates and V-cones can be used to measure media at temperatures over 700 degrees.
We have high-temperature sealing rings, but no high-temperature flowmeters
700 degrees – such a high temperature makes it absolutely impossible to use ultrasound! Who says it’s possible? It must be nonsense. Either orifice plates or barometers can be used; with orifice plates, the accuracy can reach 1.0, while barometers achieve even higher accuracy. But Ba-class models can only use split-type ones
Is there a steam flow meter? I remember hearing about it before
I guess it’s just purging and differential pressure-related tasks; the rest is quite difficult
