What causes a sudden drop in current during the operation of a high-pressure coal slurry pump?
It’s the current that drops, with a tendency toward peroxides.
Inverter failure? Is there a leak in the coal slurry pipeline? Unstable voltage at the substation? It’s just a guess; I’ve never encountered it
Check the slag condition; it seems that one cylinder of the slurry pump is not functioning.
If there are no electrical problems, a decrease in current necessarily means a decrease in shaft power; therefore, as mentioned above, check the equipment issues with the slurry pump.
