Can the exhaust gas from the heat transfer oil furnace be directly sent to the settling chamber of the hot air furnace for air mixing, and then to the drying tower?
The heat transfer oil furnace consumes 340 Kg of coal per hour, with the calorific value of coal being 6100 kcal. The flue gas temperature of the heat transfer oil furnace is 280-300 degrees. When the spray tower is operated using a hot air furnace alone, the production rate is 1.5 T/h; the moisture content of the liquid feed is 70%, and its temperature is 70 degrees. The inlet pressure of the spray tower is 520, while the outlet pressure is 90. Can normal production be achieved if the exhaust gases from the heat transfer oil furnace are introduced into the settling chamber to mix with the air?
