Grounding issue of high-voltage cable terminals

I would like to ask the experts: for the grounding of high-voltage cable terminals, should it be grounded at one end or at both ends? Also, is the 10KV transformer inlet busbar directly pressed against the transformer? What if the transformer terminals are made of aluminum? I implore all the experts! ! ! !
