Problems with the main safety entrances and exits of the factory area

A factory site must have no fewer than 2 main safety entrances and exits, located in different directions; this is a requirement. But in actual production, most small enterprises have a limited floor area and only one road leading into the premises; so where would the issue of two exits come from, let alone ones in different directions? Is this really being implemented? Is it me who doesn’t understand properly? Ask the experts!
The facility currently has 1 exit, but it is not a hazardous chemicals enterprise. Previously, the facility had 3 entrances and exits: 1 for vehicles, and 2 for employees. The directions of the 3 exits are all on one side.
Regarding the dual-export issue, it seems that all the hazardous chemicals companies I’ve seen have two export and import ports. . The so-called front door and back door. .
