Was the temperature of the gas and water storage tank already above 50°C during emulsification? Adjust the circulating water in the gas and water cooler to reduce the temperature of the fluid entering the large tank to 37°C. The gas-water tank where emulsification occurs is isolated, and the incoming material is directed to another tank. Increase the holding time; after cooling and oil-water separation, promptly recover the light oil from the upper part of the tank.
