Dear marine friends: How many drops per minute is appropriate for the oil injectors of new hydrogen and recycled hydrogen compressors? What are the hazards of using too much or too little oil?
Primary filler: 3-4 drops per minute; primary cylinder: 4-5 drops per minute; secondary filler: 7-8 drops per minute; secondary cylinder: 6-7 drops per minute.
There’s too much of it; it’s all gone to the inter-stage separation tank~~~ A few days ago, we released a barrel of oil there, at the separation tank~~~~
Too little will not achieve a lubricating effect, while too much will mix into the medium and affect the safe operation of the unit!
Our device drops 12 drops per minute; too many will flood the tank, while too few result in insufficient lubrication
