Regarding the material of phosphine pipelines

For those who have no prior experience with phosphine, what material should be used for pipes that carry phosphine under high-temperature and low-pressure conditions? Is graphite a viable option?
Could you tell me your temperature? Pressure?
What temperature and pressure are required so that I can provide you with a solution?
What are the temperature and pressure ranges? Graphite can resist phosphine corrosion.
Temperature 250°C (design 280°C), pressure ATM~2.0MPa
Ordinary plastics won’t work, such as PTFE and PP. Spraying. None of them can be used! As far as I know, graphite materials should work, as well as silicon carbide materials. But what is your diameter?
I also have an issue regarding the material choice for phosphine use: the temperature is 260 degrees and the pressure is 0.2 Mpa. Apart from graphite, are there any metal tubes that can be used? Is Hastelloy B3 a viable option?
