I have just graduated and am working at a company that specializes in flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, in the technical department. At first, I didn’t know anything; the other employees there all came with experience and could handle whatever tasks came their way. I, on the other hand, knew nothing and had no one to guide me. I want to learn something on my own, but I don’t know where to start. Is there anyone who’s been through this before? I’m seeking some advice… I’ve been working here for a month now, and my tasks have mainly involved looking at the company’s tender documents as well as the process diagrams of projects the company has completed. I haven’t touched anything related to design at all, yet the work of the other people in my department is all related to design. I really don’t know where to start……
Start with the operation manual and flowcharts, then look at the various professional assignment documents. Keep it up!
