Seeking specifications and standards for the flanges on the heads of graphite heat exchangers

My company is planning to purchase a set of evaporation equipment that includes a graphite heat exchanger, with the liquid phase on the shell side and steam on the tube side. The heat exchanger uses flange end caps with an outer diameter of 815 mm and a hole spacing of 775 mm; it is suspected that the standard specification is 600. However, our company wants to replace it with a larger heat exchanger and would like to create CAD drawings for it. Yet we are unable to find the standards applicable to these flanges, which prevents us from designing flanges of the appropriate dimensions. I earnestly request help from everyone out there; I would be extremely grateful. I have looked for HG-T20592~20635-2009_ steel pipe flanges, gaskets, and fasteners. There isn’t any in it.
The pressure in the tube side of this heat exchanger is 0.4, while the pressure in the shell side is 0.3; it is a YKA type circular-hole graphite heat exchanger
The standards for graphite heat exchangers vary from one manufacturer to another; you can only ask the manufacturer to carry out the design.
