Can flammable liquid pipelines and power and instrumentation cable trays be installed together?

As the title suggests, may toxic liquids, flammable liquids pipelines, as well as power and instrumentation cables be installed together in the same conduit? How is the net distance between them specified? Which articles of which regulations provide detailed provisions? Thank you!
They can be mounted together, but there must be a certain spacing between them; if cable boxes are shared, a partition needs to be added in between, and this will be specified in the electrical design drawings.
